Thank you for your follow up.
We have localized the problem and are working on solution. Current optimistic estimate for resolution is less than an hour. Unfortunately, as you can imagine a lot of players have experienced the same problems as you so I cannot give you an exact time frame for a respond from the Refunds team.
Please rest assured that all your funds that have been affected by this technical issues will be refunded accordingly and you should not be worried about your bankroll.
