problema Neteller

Buenas

el 22 de enero hice 2 retiradas de neteller a mi cuenta (en euros y fuera de estados unidos) y aun no he recibido el dinero.

Tras leer que las cuentas en dolares estaban temporalmente bloqueadas envie un mail y recibi una respuesta diciendo que el problema estaba solucionado

Ocho dias despues aun no he recibido el dinero

Buscando por foros he encontrado esto

Neteller Releases Statement Regarding U.S. client Funds

Neteller confirms reports that funds in the process of being transferred to U.S.-based users have been "seized." The amount is believed it be no more than $55 million USD. Neteller states that is it is working with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in an effort to settle U.S. client accounts.

Alguien tiene el mismo problema o cualquier tipo de informacion que me pudiera ayudar?
