No me dejan retirar la pasta

Hola a todos. A ver si alguien me puede ayudar.
El caso es que intente retirar mi dinero de eurobet y me envian el siguiente mensaje que no se que significa. A ver si alguien me puede decir porque no me dejan sacar la pasta.
El mensaje es este:
Dear Mr Gutierrez
Thank you for your request.
Our Accounts Department informs us that they were unable to send your latest withdrawal request and it has been blocked because you have not wagered your bonus 5 times over, nor have you wagered your inital deposit funds.
Please note that your funds have now been returned to your online account so that you can complete the wagering requirements.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and if I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact either myself or the Eurobet Customer Services team.

Pues parece que no has cumplido con los requisitos del bono y hasta que no lo completes no podrás retirarlos. Te habrán devuelto el dinero a tu cuenta para que puedas completar esos requisitos.
Lee las condiciones del bono ( pero parece que es x5 )

Pues parece q dice q no has cumplido la s condiciones del bono, q son apostar 5 veces el bono y apostar el deposito inicial.
