2 alemanes muy listos

Hace tiempo tuve una mano un tanto sospechosa en la que perdi 200$, les envié la mano al soporte para que la investigaran pues ambos jugadores eran alemanes, no eran regulares que digamos, solian estar ambos involucrados en las manos ademas dejaron la mesa al mismo tiempo lo cual me izo sospechar aun mas. despues de unos dias de espera resulta que si, si hacian trampas. me han devuelto unos 40$ de los 200 que perdi lo cual ya agradezco pero,¿ no deberían devolverme los 200? sabeis pq no me han devuelto todo mas sabiendo que es 200 lo que he perdido contra ellos, ¿sabeis como hacen las cuentas para devolver ese dinero? aun asi ya digo doy gracias a pokerstars pq en otra sala se lo quedarian todo.
